At the moment we are only accepting in store returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase.  All returned or exchanged items must be in an unworn condition and packaged in its original box.

-We can not accept Returns or Exchanges on custom or personalized orders.

-We can not accept returns on Earrings for hygiene reasons.

-All Sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are bought with a Sale Discount Code as well with a welcome code.

In the event that your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.


Your item will ship out within 1-4 business days.  If you need a piece to ship out the next day please do contact us first or leave us a message during checkout. We use the shipping address you have entered on our checkout form,  so please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for errors in your shipping information. If a package has the wrong address it can take some time until it is returned to us before we can re-ship or refund your purchase. We can only do this once the package has been returned.  If the package needs to be re-shipped there will be a new shipping fee.  

We ship all packages with Priority Post Shipping  or via currier from Switzerland. You can choose from the following  options:

Shipping times :

Switzerland 1-2 Business days

Europe 3-6 Business days

USA/Canada 5-9 Business days

Asia/Australia 6-10 Business days

Fedex  2-4 business days.

In rare instances please allow an addtional 20 days for packages that are taken into customs or the mail service in the destination country is slow. These unexpected delayes are beyond our control.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local  taxes and local duties may apply and they differ from country to country. Please check with your local post office for what your import regulations are. Customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs due to customer declining a package due to VAT will be charged both shipping fees.  So please make sure you check what your countries import regulations are before you purchase.

Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and packages purchased from Vivien Frank passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier chosen by the buyer.  Packages marked as "Delivered" are no longer the responsibility of Vvien Frank.
